Hello  Meier, Back in May  you asked   about return to work after  Type A..  for me  Its  4 years  October 8th,  I was a  Career Firefighter, 51 years of age  and 21 years 8 months out of  a 25 year  retirementment plan The  Law In MY state for  Workers Compensation/illness would have ONLY  afforded me Free  medical access (no co pays)  but would not  have added to my bankroll at all  of course I would have been  Much  more comfortable NOT  paying taxes on MY  medication and  doctors visits  and  Copays  (20,20, 2o,20, 10 , 10, 10, 10.....) TO keep MY "Mind right"   as early as  2010, I began  taking  Civil  service tests mainly   for  Fire  service or  "emergency  services" if  required...  I was a volunteer begining in 1976, I took some tests In 1984/5  and  dispatched a Small  (city of 70,000) Police, Fire and  Ambulance, for almost  4 years   waiting to be called to a fire department  Job in a city  of  130,000  people...  I worked  21 years and  8  months,   as  I said  Ive  again  taken tests and  November of this  year I recieved a Letter  for New York  City  Fire  dispatch   (much to much  stress in  reality) even with the repair..  But  I recieved the  letter on the 9th telling me to report monday  at 0800hrs  for a backround check But  included  was  a 20 page  hand written application/resume that  needed  to be  completed  between  Saturday  evening and  Monday  am  with  travel included... lol  didnt  happen.... I'd also tested  for  a small town in 2010, I passed  along with  300 others  a week after FDNY  (NYC)   I received a letter  asking  IF  i might  consider dispatching  for this  towns'  Police  service (I'd  applied  for  Fire seperate) the jobs is Temperary  I havent  dispatchedin  25  years  now and the police chief was  recently  convicted of  some  things ...  lol I am not  very sure.. I want to walk into that mess again....lol

I  also  have  a Commericial truck drivers  License since I was  18 which was to be  a "BACK up" Plan if needed But  I have  no interest In driving  on these Highways, currentlt   MY  medication has me  sleeping   more then  normal its  been  difficult..  I am not  a sit behind a desk type or  cashier  lol  I hate   retail or  people,, I am stuck hard with  WHat to do ...
