Nothing to be worried about at this stage. I had 7.1 cm anuerysm and was treated at Methodist (Debakey Heart Centre) one of best. They recokn anything above 5 cm needs strict monitoring and maybe surgery. Anything above 5.5 cm needs surgery.…"

a bit of good news is that 3.6 cm is not a critical diameter - bad news is without blood pressure control 3.6 cm can become critical very easily and quickly - especially in the ascending aorta. i assume the doctors have you on…"
