Here is my story.
I am an artist 59 years old living in Spain with my partner Jean I´ve been with for 33 years. We have an enormous garden and I was not frightened of doing jobs on the roof, so not a wimp. My dreams and such have normalised as life has normalised really but especially since all the drugs have stopped. I still get the odd problem remembering if I'd dreamed something or if it really happened.

Great to have you here.. yes like all of us you are a miracle.. as way way too many people are dying from this through misdiagnosis or inept medical procedures... seems like your Spanish doctors were righ on the ball however.. and indeed saved your life... and don't be afraid to reach out to any of us here.. we are all here to help you and one another.. and yes.. we are NOT the same people we were pre AD.. however you do learn to live with it over time... take care and hope to see you online soon! :-)
