Shell shocked!

I am a 47 yrs old, fit and healthy senior nurse with a busy stressful job which I thought I was managing all very well. Mild well controlled asthma is my only past history. BP- normal, cholesterol 2.6.

That all changed 2 weeks ago.

On 2.5.15 I was out with friends for lunch and experienced an intense pain in my neck, it subsided after about 20 minutes.I would add my friends are also senior nurses! I waved it off and we carried on with our social afternoon.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. My AD was almost 5 years ago and I still get dizzy spells. Take a look at my blog to see the progress I made - the first two years were the hardest.
