Long Long Time

Greetings again after so many years. It's been 7+ years since my aortic dissection August 30, 2009. I had an abscessed tooth in the Spring of 2013 which infected my spine and heart valve. After several months of treatment including 5 weeks in hospital (again), I partially recovered. My wife and I were about to embark on a 6 mile hike in Arches National Park in Moab, Utah when I lost sight in my right eye. The rangers gave her directions to the local community hospital that was about 2 miles away.
